Your Coaching Programmes
Two programmes: 6 weeks or 10 weeks
For both, our first session is focussed on Getting To Know You and building rapport. A 60 to 90 minute session where we take a deep dive into where you are at the moment. This is a rich and crucial discussion that lays the foundation of our work together.
We then meet every 2 or 3weeks for the duration of the programmes. Between these appointments you’ll be working with powerful reflections, practices and actions to help you build the capability and traction to take you where you want to go.

Depending on your needs, I will use 2 different approaches:
- The Harmonizing Alignment Process Model which has been designed by observing nature’s robust systems for growth.
Harmonizing is a ground-breaking emotional wellbeing process which sits between the models of coaching and counselling. It is a gentle 10 step process which strengthens and prepares us to make the essential life changes we need, to live in harmony with our true potential and our natural flow of energy and vitality.
During the sessions, aspects of our life are systematically reviewed and re-aligned through a variety of ‘exercises’ such as ‘mirror work’, ‘visualisation’, or ‘photo work’. By re-aligning our life choices with our core values, positive thinking patterns and optimal behaviours we power up our whole system (emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually) to discover what is our passion and realise our full potential.
Harmonizing does not require us to have an end destination, instead it systematically builds up our confidence, courage, creativity and resilience to always be in balance with our heart’s desires.
- The GROW Model which is a goal oriented, future focused tool for change management and self-development.
The name is an acronym for the four key steps in GROW coaching: G-oals, R-eality, O-ptions and W-ill. With a few powerful coaching questions, I will quickly raise awareness and responsibility in each area:
G: goals and aspirations
R: current situation, internal and external obstacles
O: possibilities, strengths and resources
W: actions and accountability
The GROW approach promotes confidence and self-motivation, leading to increased productivity and personal satisfaction.

I listen to what is being said behind your words and by feeding them back to you like a mirror, I help you ‘see’ the emotions behind them.
You will learn to continuously adjust your sail to align with what is important to you and live in harmony with the person we are meant to be.
